Blue Prism RPA Lead / Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Blue Prism RPA Lead / Architect to drive the design, development, and governance of enterprise‑scale RPA solutions within the banking and financial services domain. The role will be responsible for defining RPA architecture, leading delivery teams, and ensuring automation solutions meet banking security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Design and architect end‑to‑end Blue Prism RPA solutions for banking processes (KYC, AML, payments, reconciliations, loan processing, customer onboarding, etc.)
• Define RPA architecture, design standards, and reusable frameworks
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and compliant with banking regulations
• Lead RPA development teams and oversee end‑to‑end delivery
• Review solution designs and Blue Prism code to ensure best practices
• Guide teams on Object Studio, Process Studio, Work Queues, and Control Room
• Provide hands‑on support for complex automations and critical issues
• Establish and manage RPA governance model, coding standards, and deployment processes
• Ensure adherence to audit, security, and risk management policies
• Implement proper exception handling, logging, monitoring, and access controls
• Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, and risk teams
• Translate business requirements into technical automation designs
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to the RPA roadmap

• 5–7+ years of hands‑on experience with Blue Prism RPA
• Strong experience as RPA Lead or Architect in enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Blue Prism architecture, Object Studio, Process Studio, Control Room
• Hands‑on experience with work queues, exception handling, scheduling, and logging
• Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory compliance
• Experience integrating RPA with APIs, databases (SQL), web and legacy applications
• Strong knowledge of security, credential management, and audit controls

• Blue Prism certification (Developer / Professional / Architect)
• Experience with Blue Prism Decipher (OCR / IDP)
• Exposure to Blue Prism Digital Exchange (DX) assets
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices for RPA
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
