Long Term Contract – Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C

• Architect, design, and develop GenAI/LLM-based applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings workflows, and vector-based retrieval systems.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Fine-tune transformer models (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, etc.) for business use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and model optimization strategies.
• Develop scalable data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and model deployment systems.
• Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

• 12+ years overall, with strong experience in AI/ML and at least 4+ years in Gen AI/LLMs.
• Hands‑on expertise with:
  Python, PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Lang Chain, Llama Index, Hugging Face
• Vector DBs: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma
• AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform AI services
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, model serving, and MLOps tools.
• Strong understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and LLM customization.
• Experience with Databricks/MLflow is a plus.

• Master’s in CS, AI, ML, or related fields
• Experience building AI copilots, chatbots, or enterprise automation using GenAI
• Prior experience with large-scale AI product deployments
