• Solution ownership – independently manage complete AI solution life cycles.
• Advanced client management – navigate complex stakeholder environments and C‑suite relationships.
• AI solution design – deep expertise in Generative AI, ML applications, and cloud AI platforms.
• Business development – identify opportunities and support proposal development.
• Team development – mentor and coach junior consultants.

• Own complete AI solution delivery from requirements gathering through validation.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations.
• Lead identification, prioritization and validation of AI opportunities through data exploration and POCs.
• Contribute to pipeline generation through relationship management and proposal support.
• Mentor junior consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Improve practice through methodology refinement and tool development.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities using process mining tools.

• 5+ years in AI consulting, business analysis, or client‑facing technology roles.
• Track record of successful AI project delivery and client relationship management.
• Experience moving from workstream ownership to full project management with increasing autonomy.

• Consistently deliver AI solutions with on‑time delivery rates >90% at Senior I and >95% at Senior II/III.
• High client satisfaction scores and repeat engagement.
• Generate qualified leads and opportunities through strategic client development.
• Mentor junior team members with documented skill progression.
• Maintain current expertise in evolving AI landscape and share thought leadership.
• Open to remote candidates across the United States.
