Hybrid. 3–4 days per week onsite at the Irving, Texas office. Remote arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates not currently living in the Irving area.

• Drive value for the client by analyzing data, trends, and providing meaningful insights.
• Become a subject‑matter expert in assigned areas or contracted solutions.
• Interact and collaborate day‑to‑day with internal and client teams.
• Facilitate issue resolution for deliverables in areas of responsibility.
• Train clients as needed on Circana platform & tools.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and share best practices.
• Utilize creativity and client knowledge in identifying new techniques and processes.

• 1–3 years of analytical experience. Retail knowledge/experience preferred;
  Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency with syndicated data solutions (loyalty, point‑of‑sale/POS, consumer panel data, etc.) – Circana solutions preferred.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines.
• High level of initiative and collaboration required.
• Solid project management, time management, critical thinking, and process skills.
• Capability to engage clients in a consultative manner while managing content deliverables.
• Ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful insights and presentations.
• Intermediate experience with basic business applications Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 (subject to modification).
