Job Description Principal SAP EAM Consultant

As a Principal Consultant, you will bean expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11years of experience with Information Technology.
• The location for this position is Dallas, TX.This position may require travel to Project / client locations.

• Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management implementation and support programs.
• Deep knowledge of EAM master data and processes:
• Functional Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Work Center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points.
• Work Management, Preventive, Breakdown, Corrective, and Calibration Maintenance.
• Strong expertise in S/4
  
  HANA EAM and familiarity with Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) solutions such as SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) and Multi Resource Scheduling (MRS).
• Exposure to industry best practices and SAP product standards for EAM.
• Experience in end-to-end lifecycle activities:
• Requirement gathering, Business process design, SAP configuration, RICEFW functional design, System & Integration Testing, and Production support.
• Ability to lead large programs, manage stakeholders, and provide strategic guidance.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Asset Management solutions and SAP Service and Asset Manager.
• Experience in automation and AI opportunities within EAM processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
