Base pay range$85,000 – $100,000 per year
Responsibilities- Implement a cloud-based solution for external customers, managing 6–10 projects simultaneously with timelines of 2–6 months.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle—conducting demos, facilitating training, organizing weekly check‑ins, and managing stakeholder communications.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, collaborating with developers on customizations and explaining technical functionality to both non‑technical customers and the technical team.
- Balance 50% customer‑facing activities and 50% internal coordination tasks, ensuring direct customer interaction while collaborating on technical specifications and project logistics.
- Own day‑to‑day operational execution of implementations—taking notes, sending reminders, organizing meetings, and keeping all stakeholders aligned on scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- 3+ years of external‑facing project management or implementation experience.
- Comfort working with technical teams and concepts—understand technical requirements, communicate with developers, and explain APIs, configurations, and integrations to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud‑based software implementations and ideally exposure to ERP systems.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously—manage 6–10 projects at once, meeting milestones in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift.
- Learning and adaptability—develop new skills, take on different responsibilities, and contribute beyond the core role; seek opportunities to improve processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills—maintain up‑to‑date project plans and documentation, keep stakeholders aligned, and facilitate meetings between customers, sales, support, and technical teams.
- Experience collaborating across teams—ask thoughtful questions, actively support teammates, and value working in a collaborative environment with a family‑oriented culture.
- Spanish language skills (bonus).
