Direct Hire | Onsite – Dallas, TX

Compensation: ~$70K (DOE) + Medical, Dental, Vision

Travel: Occasional, project-based (growth + acquisitions)

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Systems Technician to support and maintain their growing IT environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being a “jack of all trades” across systems, servers, and networks. The company is a Microsoft‑based environment, and the hiring manager is willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong technical foundation and eagerness to learn.

Occasional travel may be required to support newly acquired sites.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and networking equipment
• Monitor system performance and perform routine updates, patches, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide day‑to‑day support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications
• Assist with upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments
• Support data backups, recovery processes, and system documentation
• Work with IT leadership and external vendors to resolve complex issues
• Support IT asset management and contribute to ongoing process improvements

• Experience in a Microsoft environment
• Active Directory
• Office
  365
• Windows Server 2019

• General networking/server experience
• Ability to support hardware deployments and onsite troubleshooting

• Bachelor’s degree required (technical field preferred)
