Role
Salesforce Developer
Position Type: Full Time
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Responsibilities- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Knowledge of Data Cloud is a plus.
- Implementation skills using declarative programming.
- Expertise in Apex programming:
Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Processes, LWC components, integration (Platform Events, Flows, User Security). - Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including advanced approvals and price rules.
- Experience with Sales Cloud:
Opportunity, Products, Service Contracts. - Collaborate with Client’s Technology Solution Architect, Salesforce Data Developer, and third‑party implementation provider in an Agile sprint‑based framework.
- Provide support, spot training/coaching on development processes, methodology, and Salesforce architecture to the Client’s architects and developers.
- Assist in defining, developing, and implementing the Client’s Salesforce strategy.
- Develop reusable Apex applications for internal and customer use.
- Knowledge of Lightning migration is desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with offshore teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment.
- Significant technical and/or business process consulting experience.
- Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- 7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience.
- 5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom Apex development, LWC, and SOQL experience.
- Expertise providing solution architecture on Sales and Service Cloud.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud; knowledge of Data Cloud is a plus.
