Location: Dallas, TX

Salary Range: $80K–$90K

We are seeking a Security Analyst II to join our team due to growth in our Dallas HQ. The role requires over 4 years of experience in a SOC environment, running vulnerability scans, penetration testing, managing and enhancing SIEM, supporting Disaster Recovery, and establishing Air Gaps within the network. Candidates should have experience tiering SOC needs and executing leveled resolutions. Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA+, or Cybersecurity+ are required.

In addition to expanding our in‑house services, we want this analyst to participate in decision‑making and have opportunities to build, launch, and lead future SOC initiatives. Passion for our mission, curiosity, excellent communication, and experience in healthcare are pluses.

• Run vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
• Manage and enhance SIEM tools.
• Support Disaster Recovery operations.
• Implement and maintain network Air Gaps.
• Triage and resolve SOC tickets using  backlog.
• Participate in SOC environment design and lead initiatives.

• 4+ years in security analysis/cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM platforms (Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools (Nexus, Tenable, Splunk).
• Penetration testing experience.
• Disaster recovery knowledge.
• Relevant certifications: CEH, CompTIA+, Cybersecurity+.
• Experience in the healthcare space is a plus.
