Data Center Technician

• Receive/send packages for replaced components (RMAs)
• Assist with regular site maintenance activity (inventory, cleanup, etc.)
• Escalate complex and/or abnormal issues on site with the DCO team
• Replace ticketed component (HDD, SSD, DIMM, PSU, fan, etc.)

• Experience with desktop PC and/or data center server hardware
• Knowledge of Linux, operational understanding of and how to modify/add dns zone files, experience using version control such as git or hg, basic scripting and regular expressions
• Able to lift 20-30lbs on a daily basis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
