Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 3+ years of hands‑on experience to provide on‑site technical support for end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting enterprise desktop environments, and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction in a fast‑paced professional setting.

Key Responsibilities End-User Support

• Provide Level 2 desktop support for Windows-based environments
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and AV equipment
• Deliver timely, customer-focused support to on‑site users

Systems & Account Administration

• Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)
• Support email, collaboration, and productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, One Drive)
• Perform device imaging, deployments, and refreshes

Networking & Connectivity

• Troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN/Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP)
• Support VPN and remote access connectivity
• Escalate complex network or infrastructure issues as needed

Ticketing, Documentation & Compliance

• Log, track, and resolve tickets in line with SLAs
• Maintain accurate asset records and technical documentation
• Follow IT policies, security standards, and change procedures

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

• 3+ years of experience in a Desktop Support / IT Support role
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive)
• Working knowledge of Active Directory user administration, hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals), and basic networking fundamentals
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Experience with device management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF – advantage)
• Exposure to Windows Server environments
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft – preferred)
• Experience supporting users in corporate or enterprise environments

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered
