• Basic: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Preferred: Minimum of at least 2 years of QA experience.
• Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies, knowledge of quality processes.
• Skills:
  
  Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, communication skills, ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholder environment, people coordination.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in IoT domains:
  Telematics, Manufacturing, Automotive.
• Should have at least 1 year hands‑on experience working with vehicle diagnostics applications, telematics web and mobile based applications, CAN bus protocols, embedded devices and sensors, car firmware such as HMI, OBD2, telematics mobile unit.
• Should have at least 1+ years hands‑on experience working with service virtualization, web service and API testing.
• Should have good experience in testing and debugging end‑to‑end IoT systems including device, connectivity, backend, cloud, analytics and applications.
• Should have knowledge of development of tools, simulators and test frameworks based on Java/.NET technologies.
• Ability to understand NFR & metrics.
• Hands‑on experience in test automation for mobile applications.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
