Associate Partner, Application Consulting
Join Kyndryl as an Application Consultant and become a catalyst for innovation and transformation. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and enabling our customers to harness the power of technology to achieve their ambitions. You will work with a diverse range of industries, tailoring cutting-edge solutions to meet each customer's unique needs, build strong relationships with customers, and provide expert guidance on how technology can be leveraged to propel them toward success.
Your responsibilities include conducting thorough needs assessments, documenting specifications using Business Analysis methodologies, gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional and nonfunctional specifications, guiding customers through the application modernization journey, and selecting and customizing packaged solutions to meet business needs. You will collaborate with application architects and development staff to plan design and implementation, address compatibility challenges, and help customers choose between multiple applications, including packaged solutions.
You will also support time, cost, and quality targets throughout delivery.
Our consultants are focused on innovation and aligning technology with business outcomes. You will engage in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and client collaboration to deliver high-impact assignments.
What You Will Bring
Required Skills And Experience
- Seasoned Technical Lead with 10+ years leading digital transformation, cloud migration, and IT modernization
- Expert in overall strategy, integration strategies, and cloud-native solutions
- Broad range of technical skills, IT strategy and delivery
- Specialized knowledge in mainframe modernization and enterprise software delivery
- Independent oversight and governance to ensure alignment with business objectives, timely delivery, and risk management within an Agile framework
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $173,280 to $329,280 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted. There are specific ranges for certain locations (California, Colorado, New York City, Washington, Washington DC). The role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus program, subject to plan terms, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, PTO).
If this is a sales commission-eligible role, you may participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
