Salary Range: $80K-$90K

We are seeking a Security Analyst II to our team due to growth in our Dallas HQ. This person will need to come with 4+ years of experience in a SOC space running vulnerability scans, penetration testing, managing/enhancing our SIEM, supporting our Disaster Recovery, and establishing Air Gaps within our network. We already have an established backlog through , but will need candidates to have experience tiering our SOC needs and execute a variety of leveled resolutions.

Any certifications such as a CEH, CompTIA+, or Cybersecurity+ will be needed.

In addition to adding to our in‑house services, we are looking to expand our internal environment as well and have this SOC Analyst II be a part of the decision‑making process. This Security Analyst has the growth opportunity to create, launch, and lead their SOC environment in the future. Leadership and beyond is capable if they are wanting to step into that space.

Personality‑wise we will need someone who is as passionate, sympathetic, and intentional about our company mission and how it affects our business’s day‑to‑day. Additionally, we will need someone who can hit the ground running, is curious to learn about the environment, and can articulate their findings to leadership. Any experience in the healthcare space would be a plus.

• 4+ years in security analysis/cybersecurity
