Salesforce is heavily investing in two key specialist teams and solutions: HR Service (soon to include ITSM) and Partner Ecosystem Management. This role sits within our Emerging Business Unit, focusing on products in a similar growth lifecycle phase.
You will articulate the value of our solutions and their seamless integration within the broader Salesforce portfolio, driving sales and scaling these solutions with a startup mindset.
- Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM):
- Streamline Partner Onboarding & Engagement
- Boost Partner Productivity
- Enhance Partner Enablement
- Optimize Channel Strategy
- Facilitate Seamless Collaboration
- Salesforce Channel Revenue Solutions:
- Automate Product‑to‑Cash Processes
- Simplify Pricing & Quoting
- Optimize Rebate and Incentive Programs
- Gain Unified Visibility
- Drive Channel Growth
- Support deal cycles related to Partner Ecosystem Management and Channel Revenue Management Solutions, including discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Participate in technical architecture meetings.
- Create and develop assets and programming to scale the Partner Ecosystem Management teams and solutions (e.g., industry point‑of‑views, demo components & recordings, technical point‑of‑view documents, discovery guides, workshop programming).
- Attend events to evangelize solutions (Salesforce World Tours, industry events, Dream force).
- Internally evangelize across Core and Service Cloud Account Executives and Solution Engineers.
- Stay up to date on product innovation to effectively demonstrate key features and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a Solution Engineering space or relevant adjacent roles.
- Deep experience and understanding of the Salesforce Platform is required.
- Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.
- Strong presentation skills, both virtually and in person.
- Value proposition‑mindful with strong business acumen.
- Preferred experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Admin 201 certification or similar technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.

CompensationThe typical base salary range for this position is $113,330 – $151,550 annually, with a different range for specific work locations. In California and New York, and select cities, the base pay range is $124,670 – $166,810 per year. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits.
