Application & Systems Analyst – Up to 110K Up to 20% - Hybrid – Addison, TX Job Overview

We are seeking an Application & Systems Analysts to join a growing retail brand’s applications team. These are newly created roles designed to support both their expanding store network and online presence. This is a hybrid position with flexibility for occasional travel.

• Troubleshoot applications and data flows using SQL
• Collaborate with teams across ERP, merchandising, and integration platforms
• Translate business needs into system configurations and workflow improvements
• Test, document, and support new software releases
• Assist finance, merchandising, and store teams with system issues

• Minimum 2 years of D365 F&O and SQL support experience
• Hands‑on experience with integration platforms (APIs, ETL, EDI, middleware)
• Knowledge of retail transaction flows, IT controls, and SOX compliance
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset

• 85,000–110,000 base salary
• 20% bonus opportunity

Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in Addison with occasional travel to Tyler. Fully onsite in Tyler considered if preferred.
