** Job overview
** As a Principal Business Strategy leader within the Enterprise Transformation Office, you’ll turn complex ideas into actionable plans. You’ll work directly with business units, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure our transformation initiatives — with a specific focus on the complex operational and technical interdependencies between our programs — achieve their intended outcomes. Your ability to manage multi-layered projects, interpret data, connect the dots, and manage interdependencies between initiatives will drive smarter decisions and successful transformation execution.
** What you’ll do
*** Serve as the main lead to manage technical and operational interdependencies between the seven Enterprise Transformation Office programs, working with program and technical leads to ensure seamless, connected execution
* Develop and maintain the source of truth of all managed interdependencies managed within the Enterprise Transformation Office framework to drive to key decision points for the company
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and functional teams, to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives.
* Collaborate with senior leadership and key business partners to align strategic direction and secure buy-in.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights for executive approval.
* ** Monitor industry developments and provide ongoing competitive intelligence to maintain our edge in the marketplace.
**** What you’ll need
*** Experienced knowledge in technology interdependencies between large, complex programs
* Developed program management abilities managing many cross-functional interdependencies and technical overlap
* Expertise in market research and advanced competitive analysis techniques.
* Experience applying standard strategy frameworks and conducting data-driven business analysis.
* Strong ability to distill complex problems into concise, actionable recommendations.
* Mastery in developing executive-level presentations and communicating strategic insights.
* Demonstrated success leading high-impact projects with minimal oversight.
** What you’ll bring
*** Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
* 7+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, corporate development, or a related field.
* Required certifications as specified for certain areas of specialization.
* Proven track record of influencing executive decisions and delivering innovative business strategies.
* Experience mentoring peers and contributing to a collaborative, results-driven culture.
