Lead Data Scientist With AI Exp - Hybrid - (Fulltime)

Seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist / Principal Data Scientist with a strong focus on generative AI, Azure Cognitive Services, and advanced machine learning.

• Proven experience as Lead Data Scientist / Principal Data Scientist / Generative AI Practice Leader with a focus on AI/Client and Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of generative AI techniques, including deep generative models, autoregressive models, and reinforcement learning for generative tasks.
• Hands‑on experience in machine learning methodologies including advanced analytics tools such as R and Python, applied mathematics, and deep learning frameworks and libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras).
• At least 7+ years of hands‑on experience building machine learning and AI models leveraging industry tools, products, and/or Azure cognitive services.
• Deep expertise in data collection, mining, preprocessing and analysis of both structured and unstructured data.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud technology including Cognitive Services (Vision, Speech, Language, Decision, Search and GenAI) and its implementation.
