Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Architect or Process Architect.
- Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is a must
- Experience creating current (as-is) and target state (to-be) business process models using any of the following modeling tools
: - ARIS
- Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect
- LeanIX
- BiZZdesign
- Orbus iServer
- Troux
- IBM Rational System Architect
- Planview Enterprise One
- Visual Paradigm
- Signavio
Responsibilities:
- Experience in process discovery by going through existing documentation, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous environments and bring clarity to the team with well-defined target state processes.
- Ability to translate target state into business requirements for implementation.
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working as a Product Owner is a plus.
Experience:
- Excellent communication and strong customer-facing skills.
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore model.
- Experience working in a time-critical, fast-paced environment.
