AI App Developer

FEFA LLC is seeking a skilled AI Application Developer to design and deliver custom AI applications for federal and private clients, as well as internal learning solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience building end-to-end solutions with M365
, Copilot Studio
, and the Power Platform
, while also bringing strong full-stack development expertise and a background in applied AI.

• Copilot Studio Integration: Build and maintain conversational workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio to connect workers and learners with LLM-powered support.
• Data Capture & Processing: Design mechanisms to harvest and process data from user prompts and interactions across M365 applications.
• Classification Model Development: Build and train NLP-based classification models that accurately assign user prompts to topics within external taxonomies.
• Data Repositories: Create backend systems that compile user activity into various formats, reports, and other applications.
• Analytics & Dashboards: Develop APIs and leverage Power BI to deliver user analytic dashboards.
• Full Stack Delivery: Own the architecture, including front-end UI, back-end services, and data pipelines powering various applications.

• Proven experience developing and deploying applications within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform).
• Strong proficiency in modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience building and training classification models (NLP preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to integrate data pipelines with analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with taxonomy mapping, data rollups, and workforce/learning systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver in a collaborative, iterative environment.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to federal contract requirements.
