This is an exciting opportunity to join during a critical phase of their ERP implementation, where your expertise will directly impact the success of their Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing, and Maintenance operations.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PTM (Product Transformation & Manufacturing) & Maintenance Consultant to support an ongoing Oracle implementation initiative. This role focuses on optimizing product lifecycle, manufacturing, and maintenance processes while resolving system integration challenges. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and alignment between ERP modules and business processes.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into Oracle Fusion PTM and Maintenance solutions
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and regular Supply Chain team sessions
• Manage all activities within the PTM and Maintenance tracks, including prioritization of incidents and enhancements
• Triage and resolve high-priority functional tickets including incidents and problems
• Coordinate with business users to gather additional details on tickets and clarify requirements
• Collaborate with business users on enhancement requests and help prioritize implementations
• Conduct impact analysis for new Oracle releases affecting the PTM and Maintenance tracks
• Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and escalated issues requiring additional attention
• Monitor and maintain service level agreements, proactively communicating any risks to stakeholders
• Coordinate with functional analysts on design elements, effort estimation, and delivery timelines
• Drive end user satisfaction through responsive support and effective problem resolution
• Support release management and regression testing activities

• Oracle Fusion PTM & MNT Modules
  :
  Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Costing, Inventory, Product Data Hub, Manufacturing, Planning (supply planning, demand planning, production scheduling), and Maintenance
• Oracle Cloud Expertise
  :
  Demonstrated hands-on experience with configuration, triage, and problem/incident resolution across PTM and Maintenance tracks
• Functional Knowledge
  :
  Deep understanding of PTM and Maintenance business processes and how they translate to Oracle Cloud functionality
• Release Management
  :
  Experience with release management and regression testing
• Communication
  :
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations
• Problem-Solving
  :
  Strong analytical skills with experience conducting impact analysis and root cause analysis

• Oracle Cloud knowledge for Order Management, Supply Chain Costing, and Inventory Management (Picking & Shipping)
• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) experience
• Previous experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations
• Knowledge of integration between Oracle ERP, SCM, and PTM/Maintenance systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Pay Rate
  : $55 - $60/hour W2
• Opportunity for potential conversion to permanent hire based on performance and business needs
