We are actively looking for a QA Engineer for one of our valuable clients located in Dallas, TX. This is a long-term opportunity for a QA Engineer who has hands on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing with Telecommunication domain background.

QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing, preferably with Telecom domain experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications across multiple platforms.

• Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts
• Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Execute test cases, log defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Validate end-to-end workflows, APIs, and backend systems
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and quality standards

• Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Test Rail, ALM, etc.)
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Telecom domain experience (OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing, network systems, etc.)
• API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured)
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
• CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
