We are hiring a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in digital project delivery, web development, and Agile methodologies to lead cross‑functional teams delivering marketing websites and web applications. This role combines project management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership in a fast‑paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end digital project management for web and application development initiatives
- Manage cross‑functional teams including UX/UI, Design, Engineering, and QA
- Drive Agile / Scrum delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning
- Translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear functional and technical documentation
- Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery execution
- Manage work using Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar project management tools
- Support QA, UAT, and release management to ensure high‑quality deliverables
- Act as the primary escalation point and proactively remove delivery roadblocks
- Continuously improve delivery processes, team velocity, and client outcomes
- 8+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager / Digital Project Manager
- Strong background in web development, UX/UI design, and QA processes
- Hands‑on experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery environments
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex digital programs
- Experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms:
Word Press, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Magento, etc. - Strong knowledge of SDLC, release management, and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
- Scrum Master / Product Owner certification
- Experience in Automobile industry or consulting environments
- Exposure to marketing technology (Mar Tech), digital transformation, or enterprise web platforms
