Kubernetes / Site Reliability Engineer – Hybrid (Dallas, TX)

$130,000 – $170,000 + Outstanding Benefits | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

As a Kubernetes / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you’ll be at the heart of designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure across AWS and Azure.

You’ll work hands‑on with EKS, AKS, Helm, and Git Ops, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for containerized workloads.

• Build and scale Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS and Azure AKS
• Develop and maintain Helm Charts for deployment automation
• Implement Git Ops-based CI/CD pipelines
• Manage Deployments, Stateful Sets, Config Maps, Secrets, RBAC, and Network Policies
• Troubleshoot and optimize Linux-based container environments (Docker, Podman)
• Manage TLS/SSL for secure communication across distributed systems
• Collaborate with Dev Ops and engineering teams to streamline deployment and reliability

• 5+ years’ experience in Linux systems and containerization (Docker, Podman)
• Proven experience building and managing Helm Charts
• Solid knowledge of Git Ops, CI/CD, and cloud security best practices
• Passion for automation, scalability, and building elegant cloud solutions
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Cluster-API and Crossplane experience
• Hybrid setup – 3 days per week on‑site in Dallas
