Who You’ll Be Working With

As Product Lead at PMG, you will lead innovative solutions for Alli. You will be responsible for product management within Alli Creative Insights Pillar — our data-driven solutions that empower marketers to make better, faster, data-informed decisions. You will collaborate with Creative and Media teams to shape the product strategy and long-term roadmap for the Alli Creative Insights category, and work with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, external partners and customers to advocate the product and drive market success.

You’ll collaborate with PMG’s Engineering and Media teams, along with Sales, Marketing, external partners, and clients to create and execute the product strategy for Alli’s Marketplace platform, a dual-sided marketplace. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the roadmap for Alli's Creative Insights platform
  • Use a data-driven approach to help creative teams build and concept better creative through concepting and production
  • Understand how creative and media teams work together to drive marketing objectives
  • Identify and develop new product opportunities using AI and data science based models
  • Collaborate with external partners to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities and evaluate AI-based partnerships
  • Work with executives to align product vision and strategy
  • Plan and execute product lifecycle activities
  • Engage users and drive adoption through activities such as all-hands meetings, lunch & learns, newsletters, and product documentation
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent product projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality, dependencies are tracked, and objectives are achieved on time
  • Coordinate delivery of product releases with Engineering and Media teams
  • Gather and document product and customer requirements with detailed project documentation
  • Scope costs, time, and capacity for requests across departments
  • Work with UI/UX to design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Ideate and brainstorm solutions
  • Conduct testing to improve software quality
  • Contribute content for product lines and marketing communications

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of related experience in an advertising/creative agency or product-focused tech role
  • 4+ years of experience with customer data, martech data sets, and/or digital advertising platforms; experience working with creative teams
  • Experience presenting product marketing materials to large audiences; proficient with Keynote/Power Point
  • Passion for understanding users and their behavior
  • Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering and/or data science modeling
  • Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning new tools and technology

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with creative intelligence platforms such as Smartly, Vid Mob, Kargo
