• Act as a local representative of IR Solutions in your country/region.
• Identify, approach, and meet potential clients (in-person or online).
• Promote IR Solutions’ services (web, mobile, AI, blockchain) in local markets.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and companies to generate qualified leads.
• Arrange meetings and facilitate direct connections between clients and our team.
• Negotiate terms and contribute to successful project closures.
• Collaborate with our internal team to align proposals with client requirements.
• Work independently to achieve agreed monthly/quarterly business targets.

• 2–3 years of experience in business development / IT sales / client acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of IT services: web development, mobile apps, SaaS, AI, blockchain.
• Excellent English communication skills (local language fluency is a plus).
• Established network of business contacts in your region.
• Ability to conduct in-person client meetings as required.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional in client handling.
