In privacy law and data protection at PwC, you will specialise in providing advice and guidance to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations.

You will help businesses navigate the complex landscape of privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Working in this area, you will assist in developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. As part of the Privacy Law and Data Protection team you will develop, fine‑tune, deploy, and maintain advanced language models to enhance their performance for specific applications. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while maintaining project success and upholding standards. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of machine learning research and software engineering, driving innovation and excellence in language model applications.

• Oversee project planning and execution to secure timely delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional growth.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in applications.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve model effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
• At least 5 years of experience.

• Master's Degree preferred.
• Designing and fine‑tuning large language models.
• Collecting and preprocessing large datasets.
• Implementing and optimizing transformer architectures.
• Deploying models into production environments.
• Developing metrics for evaluating model performance.
• Working with product teams for integration.
• Staying updated with NLP and machine learning research.
• Documenting model designs and experiments.
