Role OverviewAs a Technical Marketing Manager, you will translate complex KNX technology and building automation solutions into clear messaging for customers and partners. Responsibilities include creating technical content, supporting product launches, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams. You will also analyze customer needs and market demands to develop solutions using KNX products.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop technical white papers, product documentation, blog posts, website content, videos, sales collateral, and marketing materials. Collaborate with HQ marketing for digital and print advertising in the USA.
Work with product management and engineering to design KNX-based solutions addressing customer needs in the USA.
Prepare materials and presentations for sales efforts and post-sales training and documentation.
Maintain deep knowledge of KNX and building automation technologies to effectively communicate solutions.
Act as a bridge between engineering and marketing, representing technical info during product launches and events.
Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competition related to KNX and building automation.
Build and lead the Zennio USA Partner program, including training, marketing, and support.
Develop strategies to generate leads and drive sales through digital campaigns and trade shows.
Assist in planning and executing product launches with technical info for customers and partners.
Manage the USA marketing budget, including advertising, events, and sales support.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical product marketing, with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Pipe Drive CRM, Salesforce CRM
- Knowledge of software, IoT, networking
- Experience in high-tech industries
- Building network and automation hardware and protocol knowledge is a plus
