In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Jacobs’ Digital Twin product for Data Centers, built on NVIDIA's Omniverse technologies. This platform fuses engineering, geospatial, and AI‑driven data into a unified, interactive digital ecosystem. As a Lead Product Manager you will lead a cross‑functional team of developers, engineers, and data specialists to deliver scalable, modular, and interoperable solutions that connect physical assets to digital models in real time.
Your leadership will define market positioning, roadmap priorities, and ROI outcomes, driving measurable value for Jacobs and its clients through innovation, efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Define and own the product vision for Jacobs’ Digital Twin for Data Centers, articulating how this product aligns with corporate strategy and customer needs
- Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements and market opportunities based on data, customer insight, and competitive analysis
- Lead cross‑functional teams (software engineering, product managers, UX/design, marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure aligned execution and timely delivery
- Establish and be accountable for the P&L of the product revenue, profitability, cost structure, pricing, lifecycle management
- Define success metrics (KPIs), monitor performance, and iterate product direction based on real‑world outcomes. Report on progress to executive leadership
- Conduct and interpret market research, stakeholder interviews, competitive benchmarking and customer feedback to inform decisions
- Own go‑to‑market strategy positioning, value proposition, launch planning, adoption and growth strategy
- Champion the product internally and externally communicate vision, progress, challenges, and results to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Identify risks, manage trade‑offs (scope, cost, time, quality), and drive decisions that optimize business outcomes and customer value
Hybrid, U.S.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, 3D Graphics, or related technical discipline
- 6+ years of progressive software product management experience
- Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional software development teams to deliver product solutions that achieve market success
- Familiarity with User experience design, application of data science in software solutions, and high‑quality customer delivery in Cloud environments
- Ability to bridge technical execution and product strategy—translating complex capabilities into user and business value
- Background in digital twin development, real‑time simulation, or engineering visualization across complex physical systems
- 3+ years in real‑time 3D, Omniverse, digital twin, or simulation platforms
- Experience with real‑time rendering, RTX graphics, materials, lighting, and 3D asset pipelines within simulation or digital twin environments
- Working knowledge of AI/ML or LLM integration for scene understanding, automation, or intelligent simulation control
- Prior experience in consulting, systems integration, or project‑based solution delivery, especially within digital transformation or infrastructure domains
