Our products include a range of cloud platform services, with a focus on high-performance compute (HPC), as well as internal tools that enable the business to grow and scale effectively. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to begin a career in product management and want to help deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions. You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to help shape product roadmaps, ensuring we build the right solutions for the right problems. You’ll also benefit from the mentorship and experience of senior product managers and designers as you develop your skills and establish yourself in the field.

As an HPC Architecture Graduate, you will help explore, evaluate and benchmark emerging technologies across the full computer architecture stack, including compute, networking and storage. Working with a variety of industry-leading vendors, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of high-performance computing (HPC) platforms that underpins a large-scale research environment. Network Automation team is responsible for designing and building the tools and services that enable automated, scalable, and self-service networking across NMC²’s global infrastructure. As a new graduate, you will work closely with experienced engineers to develop your skills in both networking and automation engineering. You’ll contribute to projects that improve how we provision, monitor, and operate networks at scale, while learning best practices in Infrastructure-as-Code, observability, and CI/CD.

The Dev Sec Ops  function ensures that secure software development is embedded at every stage of the engineering lifecycle, which enables our teams to move fast and safely. As a graduate Dev Sec Ops  Security Engineer, you’ll join a growing team focused on improving the security posture of our build pipelines, open-source dependencies and runtime environments. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to work across security tooling, automation and developer enablement, with the goal of making secure development second nature.
