AI Solutions Engineer at GPRS

An AI Engineer will lead GPRS’ AI initiatives across all facets of our organization (field, commercial, and supporting functions). This role serves as the subject‑matter expert on AI technologies and architecture, responsible for tuning models within existing SaaS platforms (e.g., Talk Desk, Gong.io), developing internal AI agents powered by MCP integrations, and designing scalable data architectures to support an enterprise‑wide AI layer.

• Deploy and optimize AI models within key SaaS platforms to improve customer engagement.
• Build and launch internal AI agents that streamline workflows across sales and operations.
• Lead AI‑based initiatives to support the continuous optimization of business workflows.

• Tuning and optimizing AI models within SaaS platforms such as Netsuite, Hubspot, Talk Desk, Gong.io, etc.
• Designing and maintaining scalable data architectures to support AI workflows.
• Building internal AI agents using MCP integrations for chat and workflow automation.
• Collaborating with commercial, customer service, and operations teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Leading cross‑functional initiatives to embed AI into business processes.
• Monitoring model performance and retraining as needed.
• Documenting architecture decisions and maintaining technical standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of deploying models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and workflow orchestration (Airflow, Workato).
• Hands‑on experience tuning and integrating AI capabilities within SaaS platforms such as Net Suite, Hubspot, Talk Desk, Gong.io, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and model lifecycle management.
• Experience designing and implementing AI agents using API integrations and chained workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally across technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
