Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary commensurate on experience plus incentive bonuses

The Fractional CIO is anaturally proactive and impatient individual who is looking to drive continual improvement and change. The Fractional CIO willenjoy a highly collaborative team in office helping them to architect anddrive forward to the perfect technology solution for their clients. The Fractional CIO will own the business relationship between Velo and approximately
20-30 clients. You will serve our clients as their fractional Chief Information Officer and work as an extension of their team. These clients will seek your guidance and advice on how to proceed with technological improvement. Further,you will bring to these clients well-prepared technology planning sessions, atleast quarterly, proactively bringing IT guidance and technology ideas to the clients' organizations. As a relatively social person, you will enjoy regular communication with your clients, building trust while driving change and digital transformation in their organizations.

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology
• 3-5 years of experience in IT leadership roles
