• Developing Globally leading systems for DoD and IC customers

We are working with a leading Defense client in the Dallas area, they tackle some of the most critical national security challenges the country faces – they employ a high-preforming technical team operating at the forefront of technical possibility.

You would work across various internal, highly sensitive, programs.

What you’ll work on

You’ll be a core member of our applied algorithms team; building, optimizing, and deploying advanced signal processing and geolocation algorithms in Python, C++, and MATLAB. You'll work alongside founders and ex-DARPA/DoD technologists to:

• Develop and scale algorithms for real-time tracking, Kalman filtering, IMM, and sensor fusion
• Port and refactor MATLAB prototypes into production-ready C++/Python codebases
• Optimize multi-sensor performance using covariance modeling and estimation theory
• Build containerized pipelines (Docker/Podman) with CI/CD tooling for rapid deployment
• Collaborate with platform engineers to integrate algorithms into secure distributed systems
• Own critical parts of our roadmap in domains like GPS-denied navigation, waveform analysis, or real-time fintech telemetry
