BI and OBIEE.
- Reporting skills – OAS(latest version on OBIEE)
- SQL
- Team is moving current reports to OAS
- If they wrote new reports in OAS that would be good,
- OBIEE still important but needs OAS
- Need someone who can lead the project
- Very strong individual contributor
