Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment (Dallas, TX)

Our Dallas law firm clients are regularly hiring management-side Labor & Employment Associates to support expanding management-side practices.

• Employment litigation in state and federal court
• Drafting and reviewing employment policies, handbooks, and agreements
• Advising employers on compliance, investigations, and workplace issues
• Defending wage & hour, discrimination, and retaliation claims
• Assisting with arbitrations and agency matters

• 2–7 years of labor & employment experience
• Management-side experience preferred
• Strong writing, counseling, and client-facing skills
• Texas bar admission required or preferred

• Consistent workflow and long-term demand
• Mix of litigation and advisory work
• Client interaction early in your career
• Reasonable expectations compared to many litigation practices

Location: Dallas, TX

Practice Areas: Labor & Employment / Employment Litigation

Base Salary Range: $130,000 – $190,000
