Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a vital role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to support Applied Digital’s rapid growth across its data center operations, engineering, and corporate teams. This role serves as a full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising hiring managers to ensure a world-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder, a skilled assessor of technical and business talent, and a strategic partner to internal stakeholders committed to operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews and deliver informed recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure all hiring practices are consistent with internal policies, employment laws, and DEI objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop candidate profiles, and tailor search strategies.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical functions through direct sourcing, networking, and referral channels.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication, feedback, and scheduling coordination.
- Maintain accurate, real-time data in ATS and generate reports on recruitment activity, time-to-fill, and pipeline health.
- Utilize platforms such as Linked In Recruiter and job boards to attract passive and active talent.
- Track and improve key recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams on workforce planning, onboarding transitions, and employer branding campaigns.
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements, content development, and candidate marketing strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a technology, infrastructure, or high-growth environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like Linked In Recruiter, indeed, and other major sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid structure.
- Experience using HRIS systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously across departments and locations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting for data center, engineering, IT and operations roles.
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, Linked In Certified Recruiter).
- Experience supporting early talent/intern recruiting or employer branding campaigns.
