Temporary HR Manager

Location: Onsite – Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract Length: 2 Months (Potential for extension, but not guaranteed)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for a temporary 2-month contract position. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a critical part in overseeing daily HR functions to ensure effective recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare human resources, with home health experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor recruiting metrics and data to assess hiring effectiveness

• Supervise and support the HR Recruiter

• Oversee on-boarding for both field and administrative team members

• Manage terminations and off-boarding processes

• Conduct disciplinary meetings with under-performing staff

• Maintain regulatory and internal HR compliance

• Collaborate with the Compliance Specialist to ensure ongoing compliance with agency standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience in a healthcare setting required

• Previous home health HR experience strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of HR compliance and employee relations

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time, onsite position

• Contract duration is 2 months, with the possibility of long-term employment depending on future needs
