HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, salary computation, and timely disbursement
• Generate and maintain payroll, compliance, and HR MIS reports for management and audit purposes
• Handle payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with finance and HR teams
• Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and statutory benefits
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and government authorities for payroll and compliance matters
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll and compliance data
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality
• Prepare and maintain payroll, compliance, and HR MIS reports for management review
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payroll and compliance-related queries
• Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labour law requirements

Experience:

4 - 5 years

Education:

B. Com / M.com / MBA (Dual specialization – HR & Finance)

• Proficiency in HRMS/payroll systems and advanced MS Excel for MIS preparation
• Ability to prepare, analyse, and present HR and payroll MIS reports
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain data confidentiality
