HR Generalist – Drive People Strategy in Aerospace

The Opportunity

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire an experienced HR Generalist in Dallas, TX
. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic HR partner—working closely with business leaders and employees to support talent, performance, and compliance across the organization.

This is a full-time consultant opportunity (3 months), ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Generalist, you’ll collaborate with internal customers to understand business objectives and resolve complex HR matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as an HR liaison and trusted advisor across multiple HR disciplines
  • Supporting succession planning and talent management initiatives
  • Managing employment and employee relations matters
  • Assisting with labor relations, including interpretation of policies and labor agreements
  • Supporting compensation, benefits, and training and development activities
  • Ensuring compliance with EEO requirements, labor laws, and regulations
  • Analyzing employee data, surveys, market data, and labor forecasts to inform decisions
  • Partnering with HR colleagues to design and improve HR processes and systems
  • Supporting initiatives that attract, motivate, reward, and retain a high-performing workforce
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Experience supporting employee relations, talent management, and compensation programs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industry
  • Experience working in a union or labor relations environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and workforce data

Pay Details: $32.14 per hour
