Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HRIS Professional
Hilltop Holdings is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join our team.
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the design, support and maintenance of the Company's Human Resource Information System in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes and upgrades, complex report writing and analysis of data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities- Analytics and Metrics - Produce ad hoc and scheduled reports. Develop reports, perform analysis on HR data, identify trends, and develop scorecards.
- Work with the HR and technical teams to implement new and/or upgrade system functionality, including ESS and MSS capabilities, talent management, LMS, compensation management and organizational Chart. This will include analysis, design, development, testing and post go live trouble shooting and support.
- Provide first level support to the Human Resources team with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Testing application functionality prior to the release of upgrades and customizations.
- Maintain procedures and business process documentation.
- Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and proactively validating data.
- Assist in other areas of human resources as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to report to Hilltop Plaza @ 6565 Hillcrest Avenue, Dallas, without the need for relocation assistance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with human resources systems is required.
- Strong understanding of human resources processes, practices and metrics, and experience with managing system configurations to align with HR policies.
- Experience working with payroll, benefits and other sensitive data.
- An understanding of database reporting would be an asset.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner are required.
- Must possess strong problem solving, organizational skills, time management and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office. Expert level Excel required.
- Preferred experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and experience with OTBI and BI reporting
