Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and select software for payroll execution, ensuring compliance with Deel product technology
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution and prepare internal payroll reports for compliance
- Act as a subject matter expert on local payroll and HR processes, providing guidance and support across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
- Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
- Experience managing technology and external payroll providers is an advantage
