Human Resources Manager

JGA Recruitment are excited to support a confidential search for a high-calibre HR Manager to step into a Number 2 HR role supporting three established business units (350–400 employees) within a regulated, high-quality environment.

This is a visible, hands‑on role with genuine exposure to senior leadership. You’ll work closely with SLTs, balancing operational delivery with the opportunity to influence people strategy, talent decisions and workforce planning.

💡 This is not a narrow HR role. It’s ideal for someone who wants breadth, responsibility and a clear path for progression.

• ✔ Acting as the senior HR partner across multiple business units
• ✔ Leading performance management, engagement and talent initiatives
• ✔ Managing complex employee relations matters
• ✔ Supporting SLT-level conversations on people strategy
• ✔ Delivering high-touch, commercially focused HR support
• ✔ Partnering closely with the Head of HR and stepping up when needed
• ✔ Leveraging HR systems and data (Workday experience a plus)

• ✔ Strong generalist HR background within a reputable organization
• ✔ Experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Asset Management preferred
• ✔ Confident operating at both operational and strategic levels
• ✔ Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and SLTs
• ✔ Excellent judgement, communication and stakeholder skills
• ✔ Tech‑savvy, curious and growth‑oriented
