Position: Employee Experience and HR Programs Manager

We're looking for a passionate, strategic, and people-focused Employee Experience and HR Programs Manager to bring our firm culture to life through inclusive employee programming and engagement experiences. You'll lead initiatives that foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace. This role sits at the intersection of employee experience and employee engagement, inclusion and belonging and firm culture. The successful candidate will design, implement, and measure programs that enhance the employee experience across the employee lifecycle, such as our internal employee awards, two-day immersive onboarding experience, rewards and recognition programs and our engagement with external partners.

This position is based in Dallas, Texas and requires on site presence five days per week.

Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Design, lead, and evolve employee experiences programs and initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and values
  • Serves as the primary chair for our inclusion and belonging council. Leads monthly meetings, manage the sub-councils within and provides programmatic guidance and consultation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners for programmatic or process management for various internal design competition, design award programs, both internally and externally
  • Own and lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal workplace reward and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Design and run programs that enhance the employee experience across key moments that support development, recognition, wellbeing, and retention.

Special Projects

  • Provide “Day One” employee experience and onboarding support during new office openings, moves and relocations ensuring a positive experience.
  • Serve as a just-in-time liaison in partnership with Marketing, Workplace Strategy, Office Services and other key stakeholder groups to ensure timely and accurate change management
    communications and coordination
  • Other projects, as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience blended experience in HR, Employee Experience, or related fields and 3+ years leading inclusion & belonging efforts
  • Experience developing and executing scalable company-wide initiatives
  • Consistent track record of building and scaling Employee Resource Groups/Employee Network foundations
  • Engagement strategies that drive inclusion, connection, and alignment with organizational values
  • Exceptional program and project management, communication, and facilitation skills—comfortable designing and leading initiatives from idea, execution, and learnings to build upon
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills. Strong partnership and collaboration skills—able to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the business, including Executive leadership
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments, bringing structure and critical thinking while maintaining flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and task simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 25%
