A T3 Sixty client is actively seeking a Lead Career Manager/Recruiter in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas, area.
The Lead Career Manager/Recruiter will serve as the primary boots-on-the-ground recruiting leader across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is responsible for driving agent growth by actively recruiting experienced, producing agents and teams while also providing leadership, accountability, and support to a statewide team of independent contractor recruiters.
Approximately 70 percent of the role is focused on direct recruiting activity, including outbound prospecting, relationship building, and in-person meetings with top agents and influencers in the DFW market. The remaining 30 percent is dedicated to leadership and oversight of the recruiting team, ensuring consistent execution, follow-up, and performance against established metrics.
Roles and Responsibilities- This is a player/leader role serving as the primary in-person recruiter and recruiting team leader across the DFW market, responsible for actively meeting with agents, teams, and influencers to build long-term relationships.
- Conduct your own recruiting activity as well as lead the team of partner recruiters.
- Source and recruit experienced, producing real estate agents.
- Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting calls and relationship-based follow-up.
- Articulate and sell the JPAR value proposition with confidence and credibility.
- Maintain an active and accurate recruiting pipeline using Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Strategic Initiatives on recruiting strategy, priorities, and execution.
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of independent contractor recruiters across multiple Texas markets.
- Oversee recruiting activity, follow-up discipline, and weekly metric reporting across the team.
- Support agent retention and engagement through events, panels, masterminds, and market presence.
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience within real estate
- 3-5 years of real estate industry experience with strong market credibility
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including prior responsibility for managing, coaching, or holding a team accountable to performance expectations
- Deep knowledge of the DFW real estate market and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to prospect, influence, and close experienced professionals
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing high activity levels
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business technology tools
