A multi-state IT consulting and professional services firm is seeking a Workplace Investigations Leader to manage and conduct complex employee relations investigations across a diverse workforce. This role plays a critical part in fostering a respectful, compliant, and inclusive workplace by ensuring allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and policy violations are handled with rigor, fairness, and empathy. Your primary focus will be on leading/managing investigations, policy compliance & risk assessment, trend analysis, training & education, etc.
Note: While this role is remote, employee must be based within CST in order to support both West and East Coast Operations.
Required Profile:- 7+ years of experience in employee relations and/or workplace investigations within a multi-state organization (global experience preferred)
- Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate (JD in Labor & Employment Law a plus)
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to handle highly sensitive matters with discretion, neutrality, and professionalism
