Role Description and Expectations GottesWe are seeking a highly capable and driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing People team. This role is critical to shaping and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and cultivate a culture of high performance. This is not just a support role, it is a strategic opportunity that will directly influence how we scale and sustain our culture as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Partnership- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to regional executives and managers, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Translate organizational goals into effective HR initiatives, ensuring integration across all South locations.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to centralize and streamline team structures.
- Lead the transition to one centralized organizational team structure.
- Oversee the execution of leave, accommodation, and disability processes with full compliance.
- Implement and manage new employment agreements for all team members.
- Conduct an audit of personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor and regulatory requirements.
- Roll out the new employee handbook across all South locations.
- Design, implement, and execute the company's first year-end performance reviewocusing cycle.
- Partner with leaders to drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and performance.
- Support succession planning, leadership development, and employee growth strategies.
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, inclusion, and retention.
- Use workforce analytics and HR metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and policies, ensuring continuous improvement.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with Nachrichten 5+ years as a business partner or generalist supporting field operations or distributed teams.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Proven ability to manage api both strategy and execution, moving seamlessly from high-level planning to hands‑on implementation.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, using data to inform decision‑making and drive outcomes.
