We иаа seeking an experienced and hands‑on Regional HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple sites in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. This role is ideal for an HR generalist with strong leadership skills and a background in construction, traffic services, or industrial field operations. The role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, complianceelly, staffing, training, and HR strategy execution.

• Act as the primary HR leader for the region, supporting and guiding multi‑site operations.
• Lead and execute HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure HR strategies support business objectives and drive organizational success.
• Ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of HR policies, legal standards, and best practices.
• Provide coaching and HR support to site managers and frontline supervisors to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel, ensuring employee engagement and responsive HR support.

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a regional or multi‑site leadership capacity.
• Background in construction, traffic control, industrial services, or other field‑based operational environments.
• Comprehensive HR generalist expertise, with solid knowledge of employment law, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• HR certification such as PHR, SP klar, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP.
