Recruiter, Talent Manager

Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Review and shortlist candidates from high-volume applicant pools (minimum 150 resumes per week).
• Send and track completion of video, cognitive, and behavioral assessments via Workable.
• Coordinate and confirm interview logistics across hiring teams and candidates.
• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
• Conduct structured video interviews for entry-level roles using provided guides and standardized questions.
• Maintain candidate records and workflow statuses in Workable, ensuring data accuracy and hiring pipeline visibility.
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure hiring goals are met within set timelines.
• Follow defined SOPs while offering suggestions for continuous improvement in recruitment operations.

• 1 year of experience in recruiting.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow and documentation.
• Experience using Workable ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
