The Role

Realm Health is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this hourly, full-time, onsite position, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in human resources, recruiting, and administrative support to enhance our team's efficiency and foster a positive work culture.

What

You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications with applicants.
  • Onboard and orient new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Help organize training sessions or professional development programs.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance HR processes, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role or related administrative position.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven expertise in human resources, recruiting, and providing administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
