Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Manager role located in Dallas, TX. The Recruitment Manager will lead talent acquisition efforts by overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions. The role will also involve building strong relationships with team leaders and stakeholders, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, and identifying top candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communication and building relationships with team leaders and candidates
  • Ability to oversee and manage a team of high volume recruiters and professional direct-hire recruiters in our HQ
  • Proven ability to create comprehensive job descriptions and manage job postings
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance in recruitment practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics to improve recruitment efficiency
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in workforce solutions, staffing, or human resources is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Expected salary range is 75K - 90K based on experience.
